For nine years the Ultimate Winemakers Dinner has been Santé’s hottest ticket.
Celebrating the festival’s tenth anniversary Lynn Crawford, one of New York’s most raved over chefs and contributing host of Food Network's Restaurant Makeover, will be leaving her kitchen at the Four Seasons Hotel New York and coming home to Toronto to join an all-star lineup of local celebrity chefs.
This will be a night to shine as Robert Bartley Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Massimo Capra of Mistura Restaurant and Food Network’s Restaurant Makeover, Anna Olson star of Food Network’s Fresh with Anna Olson and Mark McEwan, host of Food Network’s Heat and proprietor of North 44, Bimark and Toronto’s newest culinary sensation, One, bring their magic touch to a menu built around ten award-winning wines chosen by the discriminating judges of the Festival’s Wine Selection Committee
Santé’s top ten Ultimate wines were selected best among nearly 100 wines submitted by world-class wineries for the occasion. The following is a glimpse of what awaits you:

The Ultimate Winemakers Dinner will host a Silent Auction featuring a wide selection of coveted offerings sure to add to the evening’s temptations. All proceeds from the auction will go to Grapes For Humanity, a not-for-profit organization established by Tony Aspler and Arlene Willis. Its mission is to raise funds to benefit humanitarian causes around the world with the assistance of the international wine community.
