The Santé Ultimate Winemakers Dinner is Toronto’s definitive match of wine and food. Accented by the unparalleled grandeur and service of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, the Ultimate Winemakers Dinner will challenge four Canadian celebrity chefs from Food Network to create a sumptuous menu around 10 Santé award-winning wines.
For 2007, Food Network has put together a stellar team of celebrity chefs featuring: Lynn Crawford, contributing host of Restaurant Makeover and an Iron Chef America finalist; David Adjey, contributing host of Restaurant Makeover and the new toast of the town from New York to LA; Anna Olson, host of SUGAR and co-founder of Inn On The Twenty restaurant; and, Ricardo Larivee, host of Ricardo and Friends, and destined to become the best of a new generation of master chefs.
The wines, that these culinary artisans will work with, were selected best among 100 wines submitted by world-class wineries for the occasion. The Santé and Food Network’s Ultimate Winemakers Dinner will also host a Silent Auction featuring a wide selection of coveted offerings sure to add to the evening's temptations. (All proceeds from the auction will go to Canadian Athletes Now Fund)
