A unique food and wine experience awaits you at any one of these five superb Toronto restaurants. Spend an evening enjoying two of life’s richest pleasures: good food professionally matched with a perfect selection of wines. Five of Toronto’s top chefs have teamed up with five leading wine experts to create 5 separate epicurean sensations, each course carefully paired with festival wines.

At each restaurant, an exclusive Santé meal and six accompanying wines will be served at approximately 8:00pm. Now here is the unique part: guests arrive for a 6:30pm pre-dinner deconstruction seminar, where they will be taken through the thinking behind the evening’s menu, showing why specific pairings of food and wine have been chosen. Taste all six wines together with chef, sommelier and wine expert, as you have fun deconstructing the dinner soon to be served, so that once the night is complete you will have had a front row seat on the art of wine and food pairing.
