Every Thursday from July 10th until August 28, 11:00am to 2:00pm, a variety of prime Toronto restaurants will be featuring select menu items for five dollars or less. There is not only delicious foo at great prices... This year be sure to check out the free noon hour concerts each week featuring blues, jazz, world, roots and reggae!
