Located right downtown this spa buzzes with local clients, but its location next to the Delta Chelsea Hotel makes it convenient for tourists as well. The historic building that houses the spa was originally built in 1890. It was fully reconstructed and reopened by the present owner in 1982 as a small spa and has grown into the massive facility that it is today. The urban retreat features endless beauty treatments, the usual manicure, pedicures and massages and much more. After your morning spa-treatments make a point of having lunch in the dining room where you can eat a three-course meal in your bathrobe.

Considered one of the best spas in the city, the spa at the Pantages Hotel provides exclusive treatments and personalized attention in a truly peaceful environment. Considering the hectic Toronto Eaton Centre is literally steps away it's impressive that once you step out of the hotel elevator you find yourself relaxed and ready to be pampered. It should be noted that the Pantages does tend to attract a slightly younger crowd. While specialties include treatments that focus on the principles of aqua tranquility there is still a lengthy menu of standard services including: facials, body wraps, massages, waxing and more. Additional facilities also include a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Tucked away just off Bloor Street and found inside the Hyatt Hotel is the infamous Stillwater Spa. The full service spa oozes with luxury mostly due to the stunning marble floors and surrounding décor. The spa cuisine tops off the entire experience although the true highlight is the soothing sounds of waterfalls and streams that can be heard throughout the spa. After it's much hyped opening in 2005 the exclusive men's only spa is still going strong. The blue and grey walls accompanied by butch décor create a non-threatening atmosphere for the boys. It's almost like a sports bar with a main area including a large screen TV that airs movies and high profile sporting events. Private full service rooms are also available. Treatments include: facials, (designed specifically for a man's skin) body, hand and foot treatments and countless options for a massage.
