AGO Opening Contest
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The AGO Opening Contest is a contest by Experience Toronto and The Art Gallery Of Ontario. Any questions or concerns regarding this contest should be directed to Experience Toronto. You can email us at: info [at] experienceto.com.
There will be 25 prize packages, each containing 2 tickets to the Art Gallery of Ontario.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Limit of one on-line entry per person per day. No purchase necessary. Eligible persons may enter by completing and submitting an on-line entry form available at www.experienceTO.com.
This contest ends on Monday January 5, 2009.
All entries must be received on or before 11:59pm (EST) on Monday January 5, 2009. Experience Toronto is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.
Prize winners for this contest will be selected on Tuesday January 6, 2009 . The selected entrants will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the draw. If the selected winner does not comply with the Contest Rules and Regulations, or cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, an alternate entrant will be selected from the remaining contest entries.
The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Experience Toronto reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a prize of equal value whatsoever. All federal, provincial and municipal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, and excluding employees Experience Toronto and their respective advertising and promotional partners.
The entrants selected for a prize will be required to correctly answer a time limited skill testing question before being declared a prize winner.
All prize winners must sign a Waiver/Release of liability in advance of receiving their prize. If the selected winner of the prize is under 18 a parent or legal guardian will be asked to sign the form on behalf of the winner.
Participation in the contest constitutes permission to Experience Toronto to use the name or photograph of the winner (and his/her guest) for the purpose of future promotion, without any compensation.
By participating in this contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. The decisions of the contest judges are final. Experience Toronto reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice or to change the Rules and Regulations. Contact will occur only with selected entrants.
This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and regulations.
