The Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, (MOCCA), features contemporary Canadian artists' works, including traditional and new media. The Museum was formed in 1999 from the former Art Gallery of North York and has retained the mandate to exhibit, research, collect, and promote innovative art produced by Canadian artists whose works address the challenging themes and issues of our times.
MOCCA features six major exhibitions a year as well as exhibiting works by international artists along side Canadian artists, to create a global context for the Canadian cultural voice.
